General Information
To ensure that you catch the bus, allow at least 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. Be sure to flag the bus down or the driver will not realize you want a ride.
Bluefield Area Transit, a division of the City of Bluefield, WV, connects with Bluefield VA’s Graham Transit, as well as Four County Transit to better server the citizens of our community.

- Passes are available from the bus driver or from Bluefield Area Transit at 3208 John Nash Blvd, Bluefield, WV.
- When paying with cash: Place exact fare in the fare box when you get on the bus. Ask the driver for a transfer if you need to continue your trip on another bus.
- When paying with a pass: Show the driver your pass and have a seat. Passes MUST be shown to the driver EACH time you board the bus.
- Passengers may transfer between the South Bluefield and Cumberland Road buses at no charge. Ask the driver for more details. Full fare must be paid to transfer between all other buses.
